Missing Secure OS Image Update Repository
Problem
Users want a secure and configurable repository system for OS image distribution that can be consumed directly by tools like systemd-sysupdate. The absence of such a solution makes updates less reliable and controllable.
Pain points
- Lack of a secure OS image update repository
- Missing a standardized repository that can be directly consumed by update tools
Questions to verify
- What are the main challenges you face when updating OS images?
- Would you be willing to pay for such a secure repository feature?
- What specific features would you expect from a secure repository?

This is very exciting to me. systemd-sysupdate is a very nice building block for delivering updates, but having some opinionated (and secure) repo system that sysupdate can consume would be very, very nice.
